Into making Gourmet burgers?? This is probably the burger for you. Made from nothing else but rare breed, finest quality, grass fed beef this is the perfect starting point to build flavours on top of. It comes in a 6oz format which is the size most restaurants serve. What we like to do is add some seasoning while cooking then the desired toppings (try gruyere Cheese and our smoked dry cure bacon it’s awesome) finally we use a quality bun usually a brioch type. The result will be as good as anything you can get in a gourmet burger restaurant. Promise!!!
Tip – We can’t emphasise enough that every good burger needs a good bun, make the effort to find one, Aldi do a very good brioch bun.
