Our free-range Bronze Turkeys are reared with exceptional care at Deep Clough Farm in the heart of Lancashire’s Forest of Bowland. Only a few hundred birds are raised each year, allowing for individual attention and the highest standards of welfare. By day they roam freely across the farm’s paddocks, and at night they rest in spacious, well-ventilated barns – a natural rhythm that produces healthy, flavourful turkeys.
Fed on a 100% GM-free diet of cereals and vegetable protein, free from additives or growth promoters, these birds grow at their own pace, developing firm, succulent meat and rich, traditional flavour. Farmer Nathan Brown personally oversees their welfare, ensuring fresh bedding, clean water, and the best possible conditions throughout the season.
Each turkey is hand-plucked, hung to mature naturally, and prepared in the traditional way. Wrapped and boxed with giblets included, they arrive ready for roasting – the perfect centrepiece for your festive table. All orders include free delivery, with every bird arriving fresh and in perfect condition on 23rd December. Larger sizes are available on request.
