The chipolatas are made to Albert Matthews’s original 73-year-old recipe, using prime belly and shoulder cuts of free-range pork. Lightly seasoned with our secret blend of herbs and spices, they’ve earned multiple Great Taste Awards and remain our most popular sausage in the shop.
