Our delivery area is for the UK mainland. You will be able to choose your delivery date during the payment process. We use APC who provide a national and reliable delivery service that will ensure your order arrives in perfect chilled condition. We will also send a tracking code for you to monitor your delivery
Please note that delivery dates may be affected by bank holidays and public holidays—refer to our delivery calendar for details.
Delivery times are typically between 08:00 and 17:00. While we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time, our courier will provide tracking information and an estimated time of arrival on the day of delivery.
If you won’t be available to receive your order, please leave clear delivery instructions at checkout. For example, your parcel can be left in a safe place such as a porch, box, garage, with a neighbour, or another secure location. Please note that drivers are instructed not to return packages to the depot.
You can also choose to have your order delivered to your workplace, if that is more convenient.
