We’re delighted to share with you the launch of our newly designed website. There is a whole new design and layout, new features and pages and a specialised section focusing on our catering services available to restaurant and hotel venues.
Our previous website, which was our first venture into the world of selling online, has given us real insight into what works well for our customers and what areas could be improved upon. Over the last few years, we have listened to the feedback from our customers to learn from not only our perspective but most importantly from our customers perspective.
Our goal is to make the online process effortless for our customers and to be able to share and showcase our outstanding products clearly without being overwhelmed with information overload. We want to help guide our customers around our product lines with ease enabling them to easily find what they are looking for and introducing them to our other ranges.
With the cleaner design on the new website we feel it successfully enables an ease of navigation around the site which the previous website lacked. You can easily find products through a variety of routes so searching for exactly what you want and finding new items will be effortless.
The new site has the benefit of enabling us to improve our range and products available online as we are easily able to introduce new items. This is key to us to ensure we can easily share with our customers new and seasonal items.
In addition to the improved look and feel of the website the new technology also allows us to offer more services including ‘click and collect’.
The new website will continue to be hosted on the original www.albertmatthews.com domain and we have also now the .co.uk domain so the website will also be available at www.albertmatthews.co.uk We hope you enjoy looking through the new site.
