Galloway Lean Diced Beef

Description

Our diced beef is of exceptional quality. Cut from our aged Galloway beef we use a combination of the off cuts from our steak cutting and premium forequarter meat. These are then carefully trimmed of any access fat and cut in cubes. Perfect for slow cooking methods such as casseroling and stewing, the flavour of the beef will really come through and lift the whole dish you create.
