Tender, juicy, and full of flavour — pork baby back ribs are the king of all rib cuts. Taken from the section between the loin and the belly, these perfectly sized racks contain the highest proportion of premium, lean meat you’ll find on any pork rib.
Versatile and delicious, they can be grilled, roasted, slow-cooked, or barbecued to perfection. For the ultimate result, we recommend slow-cooking in a foil-covered tray with a little water for around 3 hours, then adding more of your favourite marinade before finishing under a hot grill or on the BBQ. This method gives beautifully tender ribs that fall effortlessly from the bone.
