Cut from the shoulder with plenty of crackling. Favoured by many chefs as the perfect slow roasting joint. Our rare breed pork comes from Gloucester Old Spot & Saddleback pigs. Reared specially for us on a local Lancashire farm. This pork has a little more fat than normal and has the most wonderful taste with amazing crackling!
