Every good butcher’s sausage range needs to have a classic pork and leek in it. Our pork and leek sausage are made using free range, rare breed pork. We use are either Saddleback or Gloucester old Spot pork which are slow reared to help develop the flavour. The meat is ground and mixed with our secret family seasoning we then add locally grown organic Hesketh bank Leek. It creates a sausage which is full of flavour and perfect for making classic British dishes such as toad in the hole and bangers and mash. This sausage has won a Gold and Silver in the 2005 and 2006 Great Taste Awards.
