Reg Johnson’s poultry has steadily grown in popularity due to it’s fantastic quality and taste which top chefs around the UK including (Paul Heathcote and Nigel Haworth )have been singing the praises of for years. The farm is based in Goosnargh a picturesque village in rural Lancashire.
As Reg’s reputation has grown he now regularly sends his poultry down to London to be sold on Borough Market and to supply the top restaurants in the Capital.
The corn fed chicken legs are taken from birds that are developed slowly over 10 to 14 weeks with no aid from growth promoters. The leg is a combination of the thigh and the drumstick. The thighs section is particularly good as an ingredient for making curries and Pies. Drumsticks are great for buffets & picnics.
