Cut from our grass fed, rare breed, Galloway beef, our rump steaks have lots of flavour and was a favourite of Albert Matthews himself.By dry ageing our rumps on the bone using our unique Himalayan dry ageing chamber (click here to read more) helps create a melt in the mouth steak experience.
The smaller size of these rumps means they make a great individual portion size for slicing and using in dishes such fajitas and stir-frys or as a piece on a steak sandwich.
