Description
Our sirloin steak is cut from Galloway cattle, a native British breed naturally reared on the lush pastures of the Forest of Bowland — a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in North Lancashire. These grass-fed cattle are hardy enough to graze year-round on the local moorlands, allowing them to mature slowly and develop exceptional depth of flavour.
To enhance both flavour and tenderness, we age our beef for a minimum of 28 days in our Himalayan Salt Chamber.
Sirloin is a popular cut thanks to its natural marbling, which delivers superb flavour and tenderness. For best results, sear the steak quickly over high heat using a griddle, frying pan, hot grill, or BBQ.
