White Pudding – Real Lancashire

Description

The White Pudding Stick is made by the Real Lancashire Black Pudding Company using an award winning traditional Irish recipe. Similar to black pudding, but made without the blood it consists of pork meat and fat, suet, bread and oatmeal. This white pudding is in a stick version which can be cooked whole but is perfect for cutting slices ready to be grilled or fried. A cooked Irish breakfast is incomplete without a slice of white pudding.
